You can now register your railway’s HRSS representatives and others who wish to be kept up to date.

Reps will be the point of contact between railways and HRSS, and will receive updates and information by email as the Service spools up.

You can specify your rep in HOPS via the Services menu on the left hand side, HRSS > HRSS Info, or this link. Permission 486 required.

You can also add other users who wish to be kept up to date with developments, either via permission 485 or individually adding them on the HRSS Info page referred to above. Users can add and remove themselves from this individuals list, but not from the permission. So if you require a person to receive updates due to their role (eg Safety Manager), adding permission 485 to the permission group for the role is the best way. For users with a casual interest, the individuals list is the best way.

If your organisation does not yet have access to HOPS please email us on admin@hrailsafety.org so that access can be arranged (without a HOPS subscription). HOPS will be one of the key instruments for delivery of HRSS tools and services.
