The ‘Safety Circular’ system enables heritage railways to share lessons learned from discoveries, incidents or near-misses, and to highlight transferrable lessons from the main line.
Safety Circulars are currently published in HOPS, and will soon also be available on this site.

You can find Safety Circulars in HOPS via the Services menu on the left. If you wish to receive an email when new safety circulars are issued please request your HOPS Admin to allocate you permission 361.
Safety Circular is open to all heritage railway organisations, even if you don’t use other HOPS tools. Please contact us for more info.
